Inclement weather policy for the Haunted Classic
INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURE FOR THE HAUNTED CLASSIC:
If you are unsure about the weather situation, please call the Ankeney Complex Weather Hotline at 937-426-5787 or check the Haunted Classic website.
Coach-In the event that a game needs to be stopped due to inclement weather, lightning, etc., you will be given instructions by one or all of the following methods:
1. Referees
2. Notified by Tournament official
3. Air Horns
Everyone should go to their cars or a place of safety.
Do not take shelter under the trees and do not leave the site.
The air horns will sound again or you will be notified by a Tournament Official when all is clear and you can return to your field.
If it is necessary for you to check with Tournament Headquarters
regarding this situation, we ask that only the Head Coach from your team come.
